Mohamed Galal Aboelnasr
Mohamed Galal Aboelnasr is the founder and managing director of the firm and a leading legal figure with more than two decades of experience spanning Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.
Widely respected for his strategic judgment and eloquence, he blends persuasive courtroom advocacy with extensive experience in drafting contracts, legal memoranda, and legislative commentary.
He has worked with leading legal institutions in both countries and has appeared before the Egyptian courts as well as judicial authorities in Dubai and across the UAE.
His practice spans complex civil, commercial, and criminal litigation, as well as international arbitration and regulatory advisory work. He has also contributed to legislative consultations and provided formal commentary on draft legislation in the UAE.
He earned his LL.B. from Cairo University, completed his LL.M. in 2003, and holds postgraduate diplomas in Public Law and International Trade & Investment Law.

Mr. Youssef joined our firm as the Legal Representative of our Head Office (Egypt Office), based in the United Arab Emirates. Ahmed Abdelghani
Dr. Ahmed is a senior legal counsel at Mohamed Galal Aboelnasr Advocates & Legal Consultants and a cornerstone of the firm’s practice.
He combines deep academic expertise, judicial experience, and international practice, offering practical insight into complex cross-border matters.
A qualified solicitor in the United Kingdom, Dr. Ahmed has advised and represented clients on both UK matters and international transactions.
He has lectured at several Egyptian and international universities and completed a research fellowship at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Germany.
Earlier in his career, he served in judicial capacities within the Egyptian State Council and the Public Prosecution Authority, and later held senior in-house legal roles with major regional and multinational companies.
His work marries theoretical rigor with pragmatic legal strategy, reflecting both scholarly depth and hands-on experience.
Dr. Ahmed received his LL.B. (English Section) from Cairo University, completed his LL.M. there in 2006, and holds postgraduate diplomas, including one in International Law and Human Rights from the American University in Cairo.
He earned his Ph.D. in Commercial Law from Cairo University in 2013.
Mohamed AbdelGhaffar Elrouby
Mohamed is a cornerstone of the firm’s legal team and a widely respected advocate in Egypt.
Over a long and distinguished career, he has combined deep legal knowledge with persuasive courtroom advocacy, handling a broad spectrum of cases ranging from major criminal trials to complex civil, commercial, administrative, and family law disputes.
He has appeared before Egypt’s higher courts, including the Court of Cassation, achieving tangible results for clients through meticulous preparation and strategic legal argumentation. Renowned for drafting clear, tightly reasoned legal memoranda and pleadings, he pairs rigorous statutory analysis with practical courtroom strategy — a combination that has earned him the trust of clients and peers alike.
He received his LL.B. from Cairo University in 2000 and has been a member of the Egyptian Bar since then.
Abdalhakam Hamed Elnagdy
Abdalhakam is one of the firm’s most promising young lawyers. Known for his professional poise, linguistic precision, and legal accuracy, he consistently earns the trust and appreciation of his supervisors through his commitment, quick understanding, and meticulous attention to detail.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law (English Section) at Assiut University in 2022 with high honors, earned his LL.M. degree in 2024, and holds a postgraduate diploma in Legal Translation from the American University in Cairo. He is currently pursuing his doctoral studies.
Saad Ismail
Saad is a cornerstone of the firm’s financial leadership. Bringing extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring, he ensures the efficient and transparent use of resources across the organization.
